ASKING NON-STOP..TRIGGER MY INSANITY

1. REASON FOR ALL TEMPORARY/CONTRACT JOB ASSIGNMENT

I did submitted a lot of job applications online - whether they were contract, temporary and permanent positions since 2020 where Singapore slowly exiting the Covid-19 era. Only contract and temporary job assignments were offered to me through employment agencies. Yes! There are a few of these job assignment that were able to convert into permanent job position but after working temporarily at those workplaces, I found the offers to convert to permanent not appealing enough.

2. MOTIVATION TO APPLY FOR THE ROLE

I am motivated to apply for role within your organization as my career aspiration is to utilize what God has given me which are my working skills, my knowledge, my working experiences and my keenness in learning new jobscope so that I can remain valuable and employable in Singapore Workforce until it is time for me to retire. Also, I want that anywhere I go, I am able to contribute tremendously more as a team player towards the existing success of an organization.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO CONSIDER MY APPLICATION FURTHER

I know my resume is "pretty ugly" with all those short term job assignments in it, but have trust and confidence in me as my greatest strengths are that I am a hard worker who do not easily give up when situation at work getting too challenging as I always find ways to overcome the situation and turn it into the team's another success. My weaknesses are that I can appears unapproachable as I always find ways on how to contribute more and more to the team's existing success. 

I just need a continuous job assignment - whether it is temporary or contract or permanent so that there will be no huge gaps or loops in my monthly income resources as I am still responsible towards my aging, retired and dementia parents' well-being and their household's finance; even though now after I had moved into my own BTO flat since June 2025.
Despite language, race, gender and  religion as a Singapore-born citizen, all I am asking is a job  opportunity in order for me to continue contributing to the Singapore Workforce and the country's  economy.

NEVER EVER says to me " You should find and get a new job first before resigning" because I did tried that and the new workplace CANNOT / REFUSED to wait until the notice of resignation ends..that's the reality of my life..When comes to me - NO ONE willing to wait! So, don't yap me with such "so-called concern of yours" because why? Your reality of life DIFFERS from mine! That's the WHOLE TRUTH..NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH!

VOTING DAY

In the midst of Phase Two of CoVid-19 Pandemic, Singapore held its GE 2020. For great safety of voters, senior generation above 65 years old were allocated the most earliest voting time slot from 8am to 12pm. My parents were allocated time slot from 9am to 11am. Voters aged below 65 years old were allocated time slot from 12pm to 8pm. I was given time slot from 5pm to 7pm. ACTUAL POLLING DAY' STRUGGLES Since last night I have reminded my parents to prepare for polling day. Advised my mom to take off all her jewelleries as she will need to put on plastic gloves at the polling center and puts off adult diaper as I do not know how long the process of viting will be. My mom did took off all her jewelleries but when we were about to go out of the house and asked her whether she puts on adult diaper, she did not do so. I jumped. I nagged. BENCI KAH ALLAH PADA AKU?

Kat ruang peribadi aku yg gelap, aku termenung..terfikir..bukan kali ini sahaja..tapi, dah banyak kali selama hidup aku yg dah lebih dari setengah abad.. SCENARIO Tak berapa pandai..Alhamdulillah dapat segulung ijazah dari universiti yg bertauliah..hanya universiti tempatan..mula bekerja..memang tak reti goyang kaki..maklum jenis manusia yang lasak aktiviti luar rumah..putus cinta beberapa kali tapi masih steady..bernafas tanpa halangan..Alhamdulillah..Kenal seseorang..Bahagia dengan kurniaan ALLAH..Perlahan buat persiapan nak bernikah..Kedua keluarga setuju..Bernikahlah dengan jayanya..walaupon orang biashe biashe..Pergi dan balik honeymoon..Alhamdulillah semua "smooth sailing" kata omputih..Then,...jeng jeng jeng..Medical checkup pasal asyik gigi berdarah..maksudnya gusi ada isu..Ya ALLAH! Doktor kata ada rare cancer..Bingung! Nak buat camner nie! Panik! Ya ALLAH! Takleh bekerja?! Operasi limpa dengan segera?! Percentage living after operation - 70% and longevity - 5 year...
