COVER LETTER AS AT SEPTEMBER 2025
Many years of working experience in various industries such as hotel, government sectors, Multi-National Companies (MNC), audit and legal firms making me a widely experienced individual who can survive working at all corners of workforce where my skills and knowledge applicable. An individual who is always looking forward to learning new skills, gaining more knowledge and whenever permitted, upgrade my skills and knowledge in order for me to remain employable despite my age as long as I am fit to work.
I am exposed and trained in alphanumerical data entry,
guest services and customer services at counters and call center, Commercial litigation and matrimonial e-filing, documentation, bundling and indexing, Intellectual Property application submissions for Patents and Trademarks, court process services i.e. serving Writs of Summons to Respondents, liaision with the Courts relating to E-Litigation filing, general office administration and secretarial supports i.e. calendar management, travel and accomodation arrangement, front desk/reception duties, basic accounts receivable, data entry of staff's salaries, payments collections, issuance of payment cheques and bank reconciliation,
debt recovery by dunning debtors, proposing payment schemes and repayment negotiation, library management, warehousing as well as closed files' retrieval request and basic human resources (HR) administration.
My computer exposures and trainings cover Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint), MYOB, AccPac, Legal_Pac, LawNet, ACRA-Bizfile, SLA Title Searches, SharePoint, Oracles for data entry, Infinity for billings, Integrated Case Management System (ICMS), E-Litigation case searches and trials calendar, iCloud, iFAMS (FJC) system, Adobe 7 and online signature application.
The reason for the existence of working experiences in temporary/contract job positions NOT that I did not apply for any permanent job positions, I did applied many permanent job postings over the years and still doing so right at this moment but I was offered ONLY temporary/contract basis job positions. I assume it has to do with my age, non-Diploma/Degree education background and race/ethnicity quota setted by MOM despite the fact I was born in Singapore. Personally, I cannot afford to be choosy when it comes to employment so with no other choices, I just grabbed all those temporary/contract job positions which were offered to me to avoid any disruption in me carrying out my financial responsibility towards myself and both my Dementia-Alzheimer parents as I have to pay two (2) households as long as both parents still alive.
