LEAVING..WITHOUT PLAN..

I was planning to tender my resignation on 30th April 2025 or 31st May 2025..as I need the salary for my moving house process..Making the decision needed deep thought which I have started since mid January 2025..I just found it not right for the staff who is meant to be handling the enquiry counter to be taking advantage of temporary staff like me..The "selfish" staff is enjoying working from home while temporary staff have to take over her shit!..I found her as purposely works away from the office so that she does not need to handle the enquiry counter.
Then today it happened! Not expected. The Officer-in- Charge screamed aloud at me and another temporary staff (who has tendered her resignation on 1st April 2025) stating "The Government pays you NOT to do nothing!"..I was like - What the hell you are screaming at me? I still controlled my temper and  responded softly,"I did the enquiry counter, didn't I? Just bcoz the worklist for those feedbacks have been completed and now awaiting for your officer's next action does not mean I am not doing anything!"..Then the boyish officer was like turning the table on us when he said,"Why never tell that it has been completed?"..I still controlling my anger and replied,"C'mmon..you have the whole entirely day yesterday while I was away from the office..for you to simply update your worklist so that we can continue clearing up the March batch and starts with April batch..Did you check the worklist on Monday before you left for the day and update it?"..When you did not do what needs to be done, you don't responsibly turn the table on others..especially me! I dislike irresponsible men! My work meant business..not fucking bloody honeymoon at the resort!
After work, I just gave this current workplace my last final  evaluation..started in mid January 2015..I came to a decision before I went to work on 17th April 2025..I simply cannot stay here any longer..cannot wait until 30th April 2025 to tender..YES! I am tendering my resignation on 17th April 2025..Not that I am making rush decision but I have been thinking of leaving after my mentor left to further his study in mid January 2025..but I told myself to give it a shot..challenged myself to stay until December 2025..That's why I stayed all these while..Now I have the solid valid reason to leave this workplace, I better don't look back anymore..
Indeed my decision not joining the department for Chinese New Year's Celebration at Boat House was RIGHT! One by one resurfaced.."Lucky draw is only for ORIGINALS.."..sounded like KFC chicken..Bloody fools! Then, each time eating out as department, AD has to fork out his monies from his own pocket  to pay the charges for temporary staff's foods and drinks..as the department's budget only for ORIGINALS! Why made us, temporary staff like a BURDEN to the department? Might as well as DO NOT INVITE us to tag along! That's more appropriate! Then the supply of packet drinks in the fridge are meant only for permanent staff's consumption..Whoahahahahahaaaa..OMG! Until to that stage of pettiness..? I never have the experience of this kinda of pettiness at all my former workplaces! Ya ALLAH..Ya Rabbi..Kedekutnyeeeer! I fed the stray cats without any question..but humans calculating when feeding me? Oh Lord! Pity temporary staff like me..treated worse than those stray cats..haaaaiiiizzz..

The statement "We are family" indeed a truly RED flag, bro! I feel that I do not need additional TOXIC family member in my life! Thank you but NO THANKS!

My advices:-
1. If you are in-charge of the enquiry counter, you are just being IRRESPONSIBLE for abandoning the said counter to others who are just there to assist you during peak period..By hiding behind the scheme "Work From Home" made it so lame..don't mention having family commitment i.e. your child needs you at home! That's LAME!

2. A good leader will always pull staff aside to tell what needs to be said..NOT screaming aloud so that the whole entire department can hear you and show your power..NO RESPECT for such leader!

3. Micro-managing me will not make me love my stay in any workplace..
.
4. "WORK FROM HOME" should be ABOLISHED now the covid is under control.
.
5. If it is your JOB..you own it..just do it..instead of abandoning it to someone else or blaming others!
.
6. KARMA/KIFARAH exists..it might not befall on you right now but it will definitely befalls on your next descendents i.e. your children..Be very careful!
.
7. Don't start your working life with favouring action of turning the table on others..Make mistake, own it..apologise..rectify it! Be a MAN, not sissy!
.
8. You might not appreciate good staff until you are left with those who do not work!
.
9. Never be a BIMBO..it is an insult to female's intelligence!
.
10. You may think your separating legs making you attractively powerful amongst men but believe me, those men always think you are just a CHEAP SLUT!

OUT OF ISLAM

. Islamic fasting month started on 24 April 2020 making it the first day of Ramadhan month of fasting to all Muslims. On 7th day of Ramadhan month of fasting, I decided to proceed with my decision to convert out of Islam. That's all I want and need at the moment, after putting it on hold for too long now. . WHY DO I WANT WAY OUT OF ISLAM? . Firstly since young, I was asking why I have to go to people's home just to learn how to recite the Holy Qur'an. My parents are Muslims but my mother was a bit lenient though as I was not forced to do my prayer from young age like one of my neighbour's grand-daughters who started doing prayer at age of three. . As I grow up, I learnt more and more about Islam. COINCIDENCE? POSSIBILITY?

. I opened this product on Tuesday, 12 January 2021 evening..upon reaching home from work.. . I took a bit..put it on the back of my palm & started scrubbing..my lil nephew said it smell nice..yeah indeed it does..I was demonstrating to my mom how to use it..then I wipe the area with tissue until no residue..thereafter I went to the kitchen & washed my hands.. . Returned to the living..then I smell something so fragrant..I told my mom & she said most probably due to this product..I smell my hand but no smell..🤔🤔🤔.. . I told my mom that I smell something like screwpine leave..hirisan daun pandan..cam yg letak atas keranda..my mom stared at me..I said,"Someone is going to die one of these days.."..my mom asked who could it be..as she kept dreaming of her cousin..she feared of her cousin's well-being..but the smell is sooooo fragrant..very calming indeed.. . Then we got to know a well-known religious person passed away on 14 January 2021.....
