BACK TO PEACEFUL MOMENT

After high school I wanted to join Lasalle..to study arts..painting..but during my time, arts-painting was NOT a trend..not many painters becomes MULTI-MILLIONAIRE..not much moral supports available in my country..it is either I did not know where to find help or there's none! Directly, not many parents into letting their children do arts..That's why my mom jumped upon my intention to do arts..My mom commented,"How are you going to feed yourself? Eat the paintings? Drink the paint?"..😳😳😳🙄🙄🙄🤣🤣🤣..My mom forbids me to go to art stream..I did not enter Lasalle at last.

After my Pre-University, I secretly enrolled to Civil Structural & Architectural Design course aka Building Drafting..My parents sighed while I stayed calm as if nothing happened..I paid my expenses..my god-brother paid for my drawing pens..I worked part-time in a hotel answering telephone..When my SD returned, he foot all bills..my dad did not even willing to pay for my school fees of $15 quarterly...😔😔😔🙄🙄🙄..

Unfortunately, I only completed the 1st year as I took the course for fun..not serious at all..I thought I can be a builder like Bob but neeeeaaayyy..but still, I did enjoyed drafting..eventhough many criticised that I was wasting my time..Heck care! I am not listening to anyone..
.
Thereafter, I landed into Accounting & Administration in a law firm..my first job in legal industry! I stopped holding a sketch book, tracing paper, drafting & colouring floor plan..I had drawn nothing over the years..not even an apple! 😝😝😝
.
However during this CoVid-19 moment, all sort of not so new passion came out one by one..Most recent is the passion to paint again..Why? All bcoz painting can ease the wreaking nerves of mine..🤣🤣🤣..

When was the last time I hold a sketch book & pencil? Many years ago before I got hook with the mythology of me becoming a paralegal or legal counsel one fine day. From arts I changed to & focused on law..hmmm..nowadays looked like law industry is hating me (or me giving up on legal thingy slowly..confused!)..so, I just need to stay calm..so, lets paint!

My eldest & lil sisters are also into arts..but this time around, only me & my eldest sister gone deeply crazy in arts..now we are waiting for our draft paintings (colour by numbers) to arrived..from overseas? Not sure about the overseas part though..🤣🤣🤣..
.
Future ahead, I will be either in a library reading or kitchen cooking or just painting in the privacy of my parent's house..we shall see which is which..All I know that I need to start painting again..for my peace of soul.

VOTING DAY

In the midst of Phase Two of CoVid-19 Pandemic, Singapore held its GE 2020. For great safety of voters, senior generation above 65 years old were allocated the most earliest voting time slot from 8am to 12pm. My parents were allocated time slot from 9am to 11am. Voters aged below 65 years old were allocated time slot from 12pm to 8pm. I was given time slot from 5pm to 7pm. ACTUAL POLLING DAY' STRUGGLES Since last night I have reminded my parents to prepare for polling day. Advised my mom to take off all her jewelleries as she will need to put on plastic gloves at the polling center and puts off adult diaper as I do not know how long the process of viting will be. My mom did took off all her jewelleries but when we were about to go out of the house and asked her whether she puts on adult diaper, she did not do so. I jumped. I nagged. BENCI KAH ALLAH PADA AKU?

Kat ruang peribadi aku yg gelap, aku termenung..terfikir..bukan kali ini sahaja..tapi, dah banyak kali selama hidup aku yg dah lebih dari setengah abad.. SCENARIO Tak berapa pandai..Alhamdulillah dapat segulung ijazah dari universiti yg bertauliah..hanya universiti tempatan..mula bekerja..memang tak reti goyang kaki..maklum jenis manusia yang lasak aktiviti luar rumah..putus cinta beberapa kali tapi masih steady..bernafas tanpa halangan..Alhamdulillah..Kenal seseorang..Bahagia dengan kurniaan ALLAH..Perlahan buat persiapan nak bernikah..Kedua keluarga setuju..Bernikahlah dengan jayanya..walaupon orang biashe biashe..Pergi dan balik honeymoon..Alhamdulillah semua "smooth sailing" kata omputih..Then,...jeng jeng jeng..Medical checkup pasal asyik gigi berdarah..maksudnya gusi ada isu..Ya ALLAH! Doktor kata ada rare cancer..Bingung! Nak buat camner nie! Panik! Ya ALLAH! Takleh bekerja?! Operasi limpa dengan segera?! Percentage living after operation - 70% and longevity - 5 year...
